Keeping it Natural
We believe the wonderful natural fibre that is wool has a great future. For today's environmentally conscious consumer it has great credentials as well as a long history. Natural wool is incredible warm, hardwearing, sustainable and, unlike synthetic fibres, it is fully biodegradeable.
All our wool is either from our own North Devon flock or sourced from local sheep, helping to support other small farms. It is then taken to a nearby mill for processing into quality pure wool yarns - available in natural fleece colours or coloured with natural mineral dyes. Jim's Organic Veg plot can be found a mile outside Burrington, North Devon. Vegetables are grown organically and with care to provide nutritious and delicious food. Most of the produce is sold within a few miles, being delivered weekly in a veg box.
Jim was born and raised on the farm at Higher Hacknell where his parents Tim and Jo have been farming organically since the 80’s. Having left the farm to travel, study, and work, Jim returned to Hacknell to start growing some veg.

ILFRACOMBE COMMUNITY MINIBUSES are still running their essential Ring and Ride services alternate Thursdays (phone 01271 855950) and Fridays (phone 01271 864882). In the present circumstances these are open to anyone who needs to get shopping in. The Town Bus services, 33 Berrynarbor, 34 The Shields, 35 Slade and Lee Bay and 36 Fernway are also running on Tuesdays and Fridays as usual, again available to all. However, no "Out and About" minibus trips will take place until it is safe to do so. Take care everyone.

Devon Fuels is a local family run business. Our staff have considerable experience within the fuel industry and their local knowledge allows us to provide an unrivalled service at competitive prices.
Devon Fuels have supplied home fuel throughout Devon since the 1980s. The business was originally a Shell Distributor and was taken over by Tincknell Fuels in the 1990’s. In 2012, Tincknell Fuels sold their Devon business and the Devon Fuels name to Heltor, a Devon based family run fuel business. The company has now been rebranded and has offices in Plymouth, Exeter and a new depot in Barnstaple.
We offer a personal service from friendly local staff in all our depots. We will deliver a minimum quantity of 500 litres and we operate a full range of tankers, from our smaller baby tanker ideal for getting into those tight deliveries to the largest artic tankers making deliveries of 36,000 litres.

Chulmleigh Golf Course is a family owned and operated course and we encourage all players regardless of experience, our friendly team are always welcoming which gives you, our valued customer, a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
