Exeter Stepping Out is part of Walking for Health in Devon.
There are currently walks held 6 days a week, from various locations in the city. These include evening walks in the late spring and summer months and a pushchair walk which takes place in the wonford area, school term time only.
The walks are led by trained, friendly, volunteer walk leaders who will be sure to give you a warm welcome

South Molton Striders (originally part of the Walking For Health Group) is a group that enjoys walking together and socialising. If you want to join one of the walks just turn up at the meeting place (noted in the programme) and introduce yourself. They are a friendly bunch who will make you feel very welcome.
Walks for this season range in length from 1 to 6 miles.

Torridge’s Walk and Talk is aimed at helping you enjoy the benefits of walking and enable you to become fitter for life. Walking is the best form of exercise available to everyone, young and old and for all abilities. It has the benefit of being safe, free and low impact. It is also a great way to meet people, make new friends and enjoy space and fresh air.
