The 'Live Love Local' campaign supports North Devon's brilliant businesses to operate safely during the Coronavirus pandemic. It also encourages residents to spend their money locally to help our local economy recover.
North Devon Council’s Live Love Local campaign is supported by the European Regional Development Fund and Her Majesty’s Government.
Here are three ways supporting local businesses gives back to the community:
- 1. It strengthens the local economy
- 2. It’s good for you and the environment
- 3. It bolsters community spirit

Combe Rail was set up in 2015 to preserve the heritage of the Barnstaple-Ilfracombe railway (1874-1970.) After extensive consultation, and surveys of the route, we are launching two exciting projects: a Railway Heritage Trail
and a Community Light Railway. Promising discussions for both projects are in progress with North Devon Council.
Combe Rail is a Charity (No.1164083) and we can reclaim Gift Aid on membership subscriptions and donations. Join us today to rebuild the railway!
