This is an unofficial group formed with the aim of supporting the Devon Wildlife Trust. We hope to start an official Chulmleigh DWT local group.
There are currently six local groups: Barnstaple & District, Bovey Tracey, Exeter, Exmouth, Halsdon & Dolton and Tavistock.
The DWT's plans to inspire more groups were put on hold due to the pandemic, but a few of us from Sustainable Chulmleigh thought we would make a start. We contacted the DWT in June and have been placed on their register of interest.

Local Groups are made up of DWT members and volunteers who give their time and energy to complement the Trust's work in their local community.
Activities include organising educational, fundraising and practical conservation events. It's up to you how much you get involved. Go along and enjoy a talk, help set up an event, or take on the responsibility of becoming a committee member and helping run the group.
