We have over 20 activities, ranging from archery to geocaching for you to create your own adventure!
Adventure Okehampton is an Adventure Activity provider on the edge of Dartmoor, West Devon, UK. It manages 3 residential buildings capable of sleeping up to 180 people. We specialise in providing residential activity packages to Schools, Groups and Families. Many different adventure activities are available and we can package them in different ways. We have our own lakes and grounds where watersports (canoeing, kayaking, raft building), gorge scrambling, climbing, cycling, bushcraft, low ropes, high ropes, archery and many other activities; further afield you can also try out mountain boarding, mountain biking, surfing, bodyboarding and pony trekking.
We are AALA registered, and have well-trained, fun instructors that provide a safe, fun way to learn new activities. We also are accredited by Council of Learning Outside the Classroom and British Canoe Union. We are affiliated to the Youth Hostel Association, so you know that our accommodation meets their high standards.
We offer companies, schools and groups an activity programme tailored to their requirements, so whether you need training, a conference venue, a residential activity break, non-residential team building activities we can find a suitable package for your needs.

Tucked away in the heart of rural Devon is Taw River Dairy, owned and run by Sam, a passionate young farmer with a love for animals and the countryside and a passion for natural farming that produces top quality dairy.
Sam comes from a farming background and has worked hard within the agricultural sector since a young age. The land base and livestock have been built up by Sam over the years, after starting with nothing we feel this is quite an achievement.
We are a small, local team with a combined interest in farming sustainably and as naturally as possible, allowing all our cows to rear their own calves is fundamental to our holistic beliefs. Although this is not a modern farming method it does take us back to basics, back to our roots and back to the ways our grandparents kept dairy cows. After all Sam’s Grandfather provided milk in a very similar way for the local area more than 60 years ago so it is in our heritage to do the same. Our dream is to share this with you and provide you with our ethical premium products.
