It just quite simply is.
A while back I started working on perfecting the Montreal Style Bagel - watering my roots as some might say. What followed was years of bagel brunches where I trialled them on many willing guests. Even those who thought they didn't like bagels were instantly converted. Suffice to say, if you thought a bagel was a piece of bread with a hole in the middle, you haven't tried these. Croydecycle produces writing and images related to Croyde and walking or cycling in the South-West. North Devon has some of the finest cycling in the country. Croydecycle is run by Mike Harrison from his home at Rose Cottage. He believes that in most cases it is the bike that is the best way to get around North Devon and walking is the only real way to appreciate the landscape. Croydecycle began in June 2005, since when there has been a flow of information of use to cyclists and walkers, whether local travellers or visitors.

Britain’s countryside may look green and beautiful but this hides a different reality. Many areas are devoid of wildlife and managed in a way that threatens all of our futures. Farm Wilder gives you the power to change this.

We help our farmers to adopt regenerative farming techniques that improve sustainability across the whole farm, restoring soil health, increasing soil carbon, reducing pollution and making the land more resilient against droughts, flooding and other impacts of climate change. For livestock farms this means transitioning over 3 years to being 100% pasture-fed as part of the Pasture For Life certification scheme.

Imogen Hallam - Small Scale Bee Farmer:
I currently have eighty plus colonies across East and Mid Devon, which keep me very busy. My ethos is that I keep bees as organically as I can, treat them with respect and consideration and give them a lot of love.
I believe farming can and should be done with the maximum respect and reverence for the animals and plants grown and raised. And that it be done with the minimum of stress to them.
I have natural runny honey, soft set honey and comb honey for sale. I also sell other bee related products candles and wax wraps.

Café 3 Sixty is an independent café and wine bar. Warm, relaxed and welcoming to everyone and particularly great for cyclists with our indoor and outdoor bike parking, on-site cycle workshop and fantastic location on the edge of Dartmoor.
The building itself was built in the early 1900’s and was used as a garage for many years. It has also been used to house carpenters, printers and metal workers and most recently served as an auction house. If you look carefully you will notice that throughout the building there are lots of objects that relate to the building’s former use.
In 2016, we fell in love with its character and began creating something totally new to Bovey Tracey; a modern space created almost entirely from the old. Wherever possible, materials that were removed during the conversion, have been reinstated back into the fabric of the building.
